Neuroscientist Dr Andrew Hubermann from Stanford University mention something groundbreaking

Life is in the details. And at the first glans this 20 minute lecture of neuroscientist Dr Andrew Hubermann seems like just a promissing idea that we can rewire our brain.

For me the great detail of the lecture is the fact that chakra healing is endorsed by neuroscientists. What, wow, that was only for crazy people? It turns out not.

8 years ago when i encountered chakra healing practices i was asked by my mother if i was part of a sect. This shows the importance of a comment of a neuroscientist from Stanford University. It turns out that brain scientists openly speaking about the chakra healing potential.

In my opinion it helped me from the beginning, but due to my big reflection points and turbulent states along the way i was many time confused that this chakra bla bla was no more then a new age bullshit i trapped in.

Although you feel something for yourself, your environment can become difficult understanding what you are really going through. The cultural norms are not yet around chakra healing, but if we proceed in this direction as a human species we are capable of upgrading our brain for the better of humanity.

i love science
